Okra- and knife reflection

Curly kale and green bean wok! Sautéed in coconut oil with garlic, onion, hemp seeds and nutritional yeast. Served with four raw Okra’s and a sweet side of dried organic apricots and a turkish fig.

Okra is a real superfood full of good vitamins and the mucilage and fiber found in okra helps adjust blood sugar to keep you in balance. Okra is “slimy” on the inside but crispy when you bite into it. I love it! I got addicted when I was in Costa Rica so nowadays I buy eat them once in a while when they have organic ones at the market. Okra is full of antioxidants too so it’s really beneficial for you!
