Hemp seed pesto quinoa
Satisfying and grounding lunch after an hour hot yoga yesterday. This is a great quick fix – as well for dinner as for lunch!
Pre-sprouted cooked quinoa with Basiltop’s vegan Hemp seed pesto topped with some nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor and vitamin B12-boost.
This pesto is one of my favorites on the market. Made with hemp seeds, basil, garlic, olive oil and fresh lemon juice – simple and also easy to re-make at home if you’re not as lazy as I am and like to buy it at the store for 10 bucks ;-) It last for a while though so I think it’s worth it! They have one made with chia seeds too that I’m keen to try.
