Green breakfast bowl

One of my favorite ways to start my morning is with a superfood bowl of nourishing greens and fruits. Here is a easy recipe even the laziest morning person can make ;-)

You need:
2 ripe bananas
About 0,5/1 cup of filtered water
A handful of chopped kale (I used frozen)
1 teaspoon wheat grass powder
A dash of cinnamon

You do:
Blend everything in a mixer. Add as much water you feel is good to get a good consistency. It really depends the condition of the bananas or kale. I looooove cinnamon and it’s a great way to boost your metabolism in the morning – so I use quite a bit of it ;-)

You eat:
Topped with fresh organic strawberries and dried mulberries (great for skin & hair!) without having your cat getting to the bowl. You better be fast… Cats like green superfood bowls as much as humans do!

I also had spirulina pills on the side for some protein and extra chlorophyll.
