Puréed butternut squash soup with steamed spinach, golden flaxseeds and turmeric is what I call a perfect match! Served with a cold pressed All Greens juice from Liquiteria (lemon, ginger, kale, spinach, romaine, parsley, celery, cucumber) and my daily dose of spirulina pills and vegans bff Vitamin B12.

Butternut squash – contains a good amount of Vitamin A and antioxidants.
Spinach – great vegetable protein and a good source of daily greens.
Turmeric – Often referred to as the “Queen of Spices” is an excellent immune booster and improves digestion.
Flaxseeds – rich in fiber and a perfect source of Omega-3 for vegans!
