Healthy halva hallucinations
I miss the raw vegan sugar free Halva that Adi made at Olam in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. It was unbelievable delicate and as a serious halva specialist (I lived in Istanbul for a few months) I can easily say that this healthy treat is as tasty as the classic traditional sugar-bombed version.
It is organic tahini, white sesame seeds, raw honey and some almond flour mixed together and then placed in the fridge for a a few hours. Then finally drizzled with melted raw chocolate!
Try your way to the perfect consistency! I would do almost as much almond flour as tahini and then just throw some raw seeds in there for extra crunch. The amount of sweetener (you could use maple syrup or coconut sugar instead) is also depending on your sweet tooth ;-)
