Cheesy mushroom pasta

This is probably the most “ordinary” dish I made in a long while. I usually put lots of seeds and crazy powders in everything I eat but today I felt like eating something really basic.

Pasta with a cheesy mushroom sauce!

But – of course it’s vegan and gluten free.

I used two slices of Vegourmet’s Jeezini cheese (with taste of mushroom) and mixed them in a casserole with a bit of water, one teaspoon almond flour, salt and pepper. The pasta is shirataki fettuccine noodles.

I haven’t had cheese for over six months and it’s actually not something I crave that much. But after this? OMG. I’m gonna make this melty creamy thing every morning and eat it with a spoon for breakfast…
