Blueberry almond milk drink

I drank this amazing sweet nut milk drink when I got back from the beach two days ago.

Homemade almond milk, frozen blueberries, half a banana and one date. Super delish! You don’t need that date – just skip it! ;)

I topped it with some important fats that’s needed for your body and soul. By soul I mean – doesn’t everybody love the feeling when seeds crunch between your teeth? Haha… Anyway, seeds are so good for you. Important fats, high in protein and a good source of many vitamins. Eat your seeds! My favorite at the moment is pumpkin seeds.
