Organic orange with cinnamon, a handful of blueberries, pickled ginger, cleansing Spirulina pills and a shot of Naked’s “Power-C Machine” (strawberries, guava, apple, orange, peach, mango, vitamin C, acerola cherry, citrus bioflavonoids, rose hips, zinc). I’m loading up with good vitamins cos’ I have a feeling some kind of jet lag-disease is tracking me down…

Organic spinach and Kelp noodles sautéed in one table spoon coconut oil, salt, pepper and thyme.

Topped with fresh basil and sprouted salt and pepper walnuts.

Ridiculous easy to make and is filled with good stuff for your body!

Some kind of random introduction

My name is Eddie Pettersson and I strongly believe in a healthy (but wealthy!!) lifestyle. I’ve been interested in food and its different influences on your body and soul for about 2,5 years now. I was completely 100% raw for month in January 2012 but i discovered that it wasn’t enough for me in the long run. I got really inspired though and some of the raw dishes is still on my “All Time Favorite Meal”-list!

Last year was a journey to find out what I wanted to do in life and how i wanted to live it. In the middle of December 2012 I found out what was working best for me – a completely clean lifestyle!

So, here I am today, about 5 months later, never ever before feeling better in my body and… yeah, as cliché as it sounds – soul.

Some of you might have been following me on Instagram under my alias @eddiemitsou – but for you who just found me I want to say that everything i post on this blog i do to inspire and show people that a healthy lifestyle not have to be boring, expensive and hard.
