Antioxidant breakfast

“Yoghurt” made of blueberries, banana, flax seeds, spirulina and water topped with organic Cacao crunch superfood cereal (buckwheat sprouts, coconut, sunflower sprouts, cacao powder, organic maca root, mesquite pod powder, dates, raw brown rice bran and germ, golden flax meal, cacao butter, vanilla extract, himalayan crystal salt) + a mini antioxidant energy ball from Blueberry Lifestyle (organic peanut butter, unsweetened blueberry jam, frozen blueberries, dried blueberries, cashew nuts) + fresh strawberries!

Now I’m heading out to meet my friend Olle for lunch. We’re going to Copacabana on Södermalm that have this amazing gluten free sandwich with miso pâté and basil tofu.
