Meal: Macro Miso Tahini Noodles


Cold zucchini noodle salad at Souen in East Village. The “noodles” are marinated in a miso tahini dressing and then served with different kind of seaweed, cucumber, cabbage, kale, raw carrots, sprouts, pea shoots, lettuce, leek and fresh lemon. I love this dish! A perfect meal a Souen when it’s warmer out and you don’t want to order something too heavy and comforting.
